Yes! Feed Bob offers a free tier that includes 1 personal workspace, 50 files per month, 100 MB storage, and unlimited exports. You can use it indefinitely without ever paying. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need team collaboration or more storage.

Yes! You can download files from Google Drive, Notion, or any other platform and upload them to Feed Bob. We support 30+ file types including PDFs, images, text files, and more. Just drag and drop your exported files.

Feed Bob is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can access feedbob.com from any smartphone or tablet. We don't have a native mobile app yet, but the web version is optimized for mobile use.

Go to your dashboard, click on 'Team' in the navigation, and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation link. They can sign up and join your team workspace instantly. Available on Team tier and above.

If you cancel a paid plan, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the Free tier. Your data is never deleted. You can still access and export everything, but you'll be subject to the Free tier limits (50 files/month, 100 MB storage).

Yes! Feed Bob uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text from images and scanned documents. Upload a screenshot or photo with text and we'll automatically extract it.

Currently, all files live in one shared workspace per team. We're working on tags and folders for future releases. For now, you can use descriptive filenames and the search feature to organize content.

The Activity Feed shows your team's recent actions: uploads, exports, and collaborations. It's like a timeline of your team's knowledge-building activity. Available on all plans.

Yes! You don't have to upload files. You can paste ChatGPT conversations, notes, or any text directly into Feed Bob. It works great for saving AI chats, meeting notes, or research.

Not yet. Currently, if you upload a file with the same name, it will replace the previous version. Version control and file history are on our roadmap for future releases.

Yes! You can download individual files or export your entire workspace. Click on any file to view it and download the original. The export feature gives you all content in markdown format.

API access is coming soon for Pro and Enterprise plans. You'll be able to programmatically upload files, fetch context, and integrate Feed Bob into your existing workflows. Join the waitlist in your dashboard settings.

Not yet. Currently, content is private to your team workspace. Public sharing and guest access are planned for future releases. For now, you can export and share the markdown output.

Go to your dashboard, click 'Team' in the navigation, then click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email address and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace. Available on Team tier and above (Free tier is single-user only).

Yes! All team members share one workspace and can see all uploaded files and content. This is by design - Feed Bob is built for shared team knowledge. If you need private workspaces, you can create multiple teams (available on Pro and Enterprise).

Currently, Team tier has equal permissions for all members. Pro tier includes role-based permissions: Viewer (can only view and export), Editor (can upload and edit), and Admin (can manage team members). Enterprise offers custom permission models.

Free: up to 5 members. Team: up to 10 members. Pro: up to 20 members. Enterprise: unlimited members. All at a flat monthly rate (not per-user pricing).

Free tier includes 1 workspace. Team tier includes up to 3 workspaces. Pro includes up to 5 workspaces. Enterprise includes unlimited workspaces. Each workspace has its own members, files, and exports.

Yes! Admins can remove team members from the Team page in the dashboard. Removed members lose access immediately but can be re-invited later if needed.

When someone leaves the team (voluntarily or removed), they lose access to the workspace but all their uploaded content remains. The files they uploaded stay in the team workspace for everyone else to use.

Yes! Feed Bob is built for real-time collaboration. Multiple team members can upload, search, and export simultaneously. The Activity Feed updates in real-time to show what everyone is doing.

Not yet. Notifications and @mentions are on our roadmap. For now, team members can see activity in the Activity Feed and receive email updates about important team events.

Yes! Team owners can transfer ownership to another team member from the team settings page. The new owner will have full admin access and billing control.

You pay one fixed price per month regardless of how many team members you have (up to the plan limit). Team tier is $29/month for up to 10 members. Pro is $79/month for up to 20 members. No per-user charges, no surprise fees.

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties for changing plans.

Not yet. Currently, all plans are billed monthly. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Join the waitlist in your billing settings to be notified when it launches.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We don't accept PayPal or cryptocurrency at this time.

Absolutely! Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically switch to the Free tier. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first month, contact us at hello@feedbob.com for a full refund. After 30 days, we evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Free supports up to 5 members. Team tier supports up to 10 members for $29/month. Pro supports up to 20 members for $79/month. If you need more than 20, contact us about Enterprise pricing, which supports unlimited members with custom pricing.

No! The price you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no per-user fees, no surprise charges. Taxes may apply based on your location, which will be shown at checkout.

If you reach your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either delete old files or upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing content remains accessible and you can still export.

Yes! The first 100 users who sign up for Team tier get their first month completely free (regularly $29/month). This is our early access offer. After the trial, your subscription continues at $29/month unless you cancel. Limited to one trial per user.

Yes! Receipts are automatically sent to your email after each payment. You can also download receipts anytime from your billing settings. Perfect for expense reports and accounting.

Yes! We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices. Your files are stored in secure, redundant data centers.

Your data is stored in secure Google Cloud (Firebase) data centers. We use multiple regions for redundancy and backup. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Yes! Feed Bob is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data export, data deletion, and comply with all European data protection regulations. You own your data and can request deletion at any time.

Yes! We are SOC 2 Type II compliant, meaning we've passed rigorous third-party audits for security, availability, and confidentiality. Our compliance reports are available to Enterprise customers upon request.

Yes! You can export your entire workspace at any time. Go to Settings > Export Data and download everything as a ZIP file containing all your files, metadata, and content in portable formats.

We have 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans. Our infrastructure is redundant and distributed across multiple regions. If there's an issue, we provide status updates at status.feedbob.com and work to restore service ASAP.

No! We never use your uploaded content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Feed Bob service. Your data is yours, period. We don't sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Yes! You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Feed Bob works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience. Mobile browsers are also fully supported.
